What Is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in brain function and cognitive processing across individuals. It encompasses a range of conditions, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Dyslexia
Dyspraxia
These differences often come with unique strengths, such as creative thinking, analytical ability, and strong attention to detail. However, they can also present challenges in traditional work settings, such as difficulties with communication, time management, or organisation.

What We Offer
Comprehensive Neurodiversity Assessments
Our in-depth assessments help identify each employee’s unique cognitive profile. This process provides valuable insight into how they process information, communicate, and work best. Based on these findings, we deliver a personalised development plan that highlights strengths and suggests strategies for overcoming specific challenges.
For employees referred through Occupational Health, we also offer the option of a follow-up assessment by a Specialist Neurodiversity Psychologist. This deeper level of analysis builds on the initial referral and enhances our recommendations with specialist insight and support.
Tailored Teaching and Coaching Services
Subject to funding being available, we can provide one-to-one coaching that aligns with each Employees’ learning style and work needs. This could include:
Enhancing job-specific skills
Improving workplace communication
Building strategies for time management, organisation, and task planning
By focusing on individual strengths and goals, we help neurodiverse employees grow in confidence, increase independence, and thrive in their roles. Our coaching supports personal and professional development, benefitting both the individual and the wider team.
