A clearer way to support recovery at work
See how our Physiotherapy Service is designed to support recovery through clinically guided care, flexible delivery and a clear, structured experience for both Employees and Organisations.
Why physiotherapy at work matters
30+ million working days
are lost each year in the UK due to musculoskeletal conditions
Almost one third of the population
is affected by conditions involving muscles, joints or movement
Musculoskeletal pain is one of the most common health challenges affecting working people and a leading cause of disruption in the workplace.
Delayed access to care can prolong recovery, increase absence and create uncertainty for both Employees and Organisations. Earlier, accessible physiotherapy plays an important role in supporting recovery and maintaining engagement at work. Our service combines expert care from licensed Physiotherapists with easy-to-use technology for effective recovery anytime, anywhere.
Our approach to workplace physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy Service is designed to support recovery in a way that is clinically appropriate, accessible and aligned with the realities of work.
The service is managed through Asclepius Occupational Health, ensuring referrals are clinically appropriate and connected to wider workplace support. Delivery is provided in partnership with Sword Health, using an established digital physiotherapy model that combines professional oversight with flexible at‑home care.
This approach allows Employees to access personalised physiotherapy earlier, without the barriers of travel or fixed clinic appointments, while giving organisations confidence that care is governed, consistent and evidence‑based.
A structured and supportive pathway

The programme can continue for up to three months, depending on clinical need and individual progress.
